Amoura Creator & Partner Network Terms

1. Program Overview & Commercial Scope

The Amoura Dating Partner Network (also referred to as the "Creator Network" or "Program") is a performance-based affiliate referral and creator monetization initiative operated by Amoura LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

The Program enables approved content creators, social media influencers, digital ambassadors, and marketing partners ("Creators" or "Partners") to promote the Amoura Dating Android mobile application using unique, cryptographically signed promotional links, and to earn commercial commissions exclusively for delivering genuine, authentic, and verified new user installations.

Participation in the Program is strictly voluntary and is conditioned upon complete adherence to these Creator Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial advertising, consumer protection, and electronic communications.

2. Supplemental Relationship & Hierarchy

These Creator Terms are expressly supplemental and subordinate to the general Amoura Dating Terms & Conditions of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

• Dual Capacity: A Creator is simultaneously an authorized commercial promoter of Amoura and an ordinary registered member of the dating platform. Your Creator status in no way exempts you from standard user rules.
• Safety Rules Prevail: Any violation of dating platform safety rules—such as engaging in harassment, hate speech, financial extortion, posting deceptive photographs, or soliciting commercial sexual services—will result in the immediate revocation of your Creator status and forfeiture of accrued promotional earnings.
• Conflict Resolution: In the event of an irreconcilable conflict between these Creator Terms and the general Terms of Service regarding promotional links, attribution tracking, or payout disbursement, these Creator Terms shall govern exclusively with respect to that commercial partner dispute. In all other respects, including community conduct and platform access, the general Terms of Service govern.

4. Creator Eligibility Criteria & Mandatory Age Requirement (18+)

Participation as a Creator is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following cumulative criteria:

• Mandatory 18+ Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors are strictly prohibited from participating.
• Legal Capacity: You possess the full legal power, capacity, and authority to enter into a legally binding commercial contract.
• Active Social Presence: You maintain an authentic, established creator or promoter presence on an approved digital platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• Clean Historical Standing: You have not previously been suspended, banned, or terminated from Amoura Dating or any affiliate program operated by Amoura LTD for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Creator Account Registration & Profile Completion Gate

To ensure community authenticity, every Creator must register through the standard Amoura gateway and maintain a fully completed, active dating profile:

• The Profile Completion Gate: Creator accounts are bound by the authoritative onboarding state engine. You must verify your email address, establish an active onboarding state, and upload a minimum of two (2) authentic, compliant profile photos.
• Strict Enforcement: If your profile lacks the requisite photo count or is flagged as incomplete, you will be automatically routed to the onboarding completion interface. Access to the Creator Hub dashboard is strictly locked until your profile is complete.
• Dynamic Deletion Guard: If at any point you delete photos such that your profile falls below the mandatory two-photo threshold, your Creator Hub access will be dynamically gated on your next login or visit until compliant photos are re-uploaded.

6. Staff Moderation & Discretionary Account Approval

Registering a standard dating profile does not automatically confer Creator status. Creator accounts are approved solely through Amoura Staff & Moderation review.

We reserve the absolute right to evaluate promotional channels, audience demographics, content quality, and historical engagement metrics before approving an application. We may approve, decline, or place any Creator application on hold at our sole discretion without incurring liability.

7. Accuracy of Information & Payment Details

Creators warrant that all information provided during application and account maintenance—including legal name, contact phone number, primary platform handle, and disbursement accounts—is true, complete, and accurate.

Providing false names, burner phone numbers, stolen identity documents, or payment details belonging to third parties constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement.

8. Creator Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login cookies, and authentication tokens.

• You must not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your Creator account or promotional handle to any third party.
• You must immediately notify Amoura Support if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your Creator Hub.
• You are legally and financially responsible for all activities, clicks, attributions, and payout requests executed under your account.

9. Unique Promotional Links & Creator Handles

Upon approval, each Creator is assigned a unique alphanumeric partner handle (e.g. http://amoura.local/partners/your_handle).

This link acts as the canonical entry point for your promotional traffic. Partner handles remain the exclusive intellectual property of Amoura LTD. We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or reassign any partner code that infringes third-party trademarks, contains offensive language, or remains dormant for greater than ninety (90) days.

10. Campaign Links, Tracking URLs & Sub-Identifiers

Creators may generate custom sub-campaign links within the Creator Hub (e.g. http://amoura.local/partners/handle?cmp=tiktok_bio) to segment performance across different marketing channels.

Sub-campaign parameters must not contain misleading data, scripts, offensive terms, or third-party trademarks. Sub-campaign analytics are provided for informational convenience and do not create separate payout accounts.

11. Technical Attribution Architecture & Methodology

Attribution is measured through our proprietary tracking pipeline combining:

• Server-Side Redirect Capture: Inbound clicks are logged with timestamp, user-agent, IP hash, and referrer metadata before redirecting to the official Google Play Store listing.
• Google Play Install Referrer: Where supported by Android OS, referral metadata is passed directly to the installed application on first launch.
• Cryptographic Handshake: Upon first opening the app, a secure handshake verifies the referral token against our active attribution registry.

12. Non-Payable Preliminary Events (Clicks, Views & Visits)

To prevent misunderstanding, the following preliminary events do NOT constitute payable conversions and generate zero commission:

• Social media impressions, video views, likes, comments, or shares on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Promotional link clicks or landing page views.
• Web browser visits to the Amoura website without an app install.
• Unverified account registrations executed on desktop or mobile web.
• Incomplete app downloads that are cancelled before installation finishes.

13. Definition of a Qualifying / Verified Download

An installation is deemed a Qualifying Verified Download only when all of the following conditions are cumulatively satisfied:

1. The application was downloaded directly from the official Google Play Store via the Creator's tracking link.
2. The installation occurs on a unique physical Android hardware device that has never previously installed Amoura.
3. The application is launched, completes initial initialization, and executes an authentic user session.
4. The installation passes all automated telemetry and anti-fraud checks.
5. The mandatory 24-hour quarantine period expires without detection of suspicious activity.

14. Hardware Device Fingerprinting & Unique Device Rules

To prevent installation cycling and artificial inflation, our servers record a permanent, privacy-preserving cryptographic hardware device fingerprint.

Each unique physical Android hardware unit is eligible to trigger a payable conversion exactly once in its lifetime across the entire Amoura ecosystem. Any subsequent installation on that same physical hardware will be flagged as duplicate and non-payable.

15. Duplicate Installations & Recycled Devices

Reinstallations, upgrades, or repeated installations following an uninstallation on the same physical device are classified as duplicates.

Second-hand devices, refurbished phones, or shared community hardware that previously had Amoura installed are excluded from payable qualification.

16. Reinstallation, Factory Reset & Virtual ID Cycling

Factory resetting a phone, wiping cache partitions, modifying Google Advertising IDs (GAID), or altering device identifiers to simulate new hardware will not evade our detection systems.

Attempts to cycle device identities will result in the immediate classification of all associated attributions as fraudulent.

17. Attribution Window & Lookback Period (30 Days)

The standard Attribution Window is thirty (30) calendar days from the moment a user clicks your promotional link.

If a user installs the application within 30 days of clicking your link, the install will be attributed to your account. Installs occurring after 30 days are non-attributable. We employ a strict last-click attribution model: if a user clicks links from multiple Creators, commission is credited to the Creator whose link was clicked most recently prior to installation.

18. Attribution Discrepancies & Server Telemetry Authority

Discrepancies may occasionally occur between third-party analytics (e.g. TikTok Ads Manager, Bitly, Linktree) and the Creator Hub dashboard due to ad blockers, aggressive browser privacy extensions, or operating system cookie stripping.

Authoritative Record: Amoura Dating's server-side telemetry and database records serve as the sole, authoritative source of truth for all click counts, verified installs, and earnings calculations.

19. Anti-Fraud Quarantine Period (24-Hour Hold)

Every newly recorded installation enters an automated 24-hour quarantine hold under pending status.

During this window, automated systems verify post-install telemetry—ensuring the session was not generated by an automated harness, that human touch events occurred, and that network signatures are consistent with genuine consumers. Upon successful completion of the quarantine window, attributions transition automatically to qualified status and are credited to your available balance.

20. Automated Traffic, Bots & Automated Scripts Prohibition

Any Creator utilizing automated traffic generators (e.g. Selenium, Puppeteer, curl scripts, Python request runners) will suffer immediate account termination, total balance forfeiture, and potential civil recovery action.

21. Emulators & Virtualized Environments

Installs executed within Android emulators or virtual environments (including Bluestacks, Nox, LDPlayer, MEmu, Android Studio AVD, or cloud mobile emulators) are strictly invalid.

Emulator installations are automatically rejected by our runtime integrity checks and do not qualify for commission.

22. Device Farming & Multi-Hardware Rack Abuse

Operating, contracting with, or utilizing "device farms", phone banks, automated USB testing racks, or batch installation clusters to simulate multiple users is a criminal violation of these Terms.

23. Self-Referrals & Controlled Hardware

Creators are strictly prohibited from generating commissions by clicking their own links and installing Amoura on their own personal phones, work devices, family members' devices, or any hardware over which they exercise physical or financial control.

24. Coordinated Reciprocal Installation Rings

Engaging in mutual installation exchanges ("install swaps", "follow-for-install", or reciprocal group installation rings) where participants install each other's promoted apps solely to trigger commission is strictly prohibited.

25. Strict Prohibition of Incentivised Downloads

Creators must never offer financial bribes, cash rewards, airtime vouchers, cryptocurrency, contest entries, or material incentives to induce third parties to download Amoura.

All downloads must be driven by genuine consumer interest in using Amoura as a dating and relationship application. Incentivised installations yield zero retention and will be rejected.

26. Click Flooding, Pop-Unders & Forced Browsing

Promotional links must never be embedded in pop-up windows, pop-under ads, hidden iframes, auto-refreshing web pages, zero-pixel images, or deceptive clickjacking overlays. Users must click your link with clear, voluntary intent.

27. IP, Proxy & Geolocation Manipulation

Routing traffic through residential proxy networks, VPN clusters, TOR exit nodes, or datacenter IP ranges to mask geographic origin or bypass fraud controls is strictly forbidden. Installs must correspond to genuine consumers within targeted operating markets.

28. Circumvention of Tracking & Tampering

Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit, inject parameters into, or tamper with the Amoura attribution SDK, API endpoints, or database structures constitutes malicious interference and will be prosecuted under computer misuse legislation.

29. Platform Infrastructure Protection

You agree not to conduct load testing, denial-of-service attacks, rate-limit bypassing, or unauthorized vulnerability scanning against any Amoura domain or server infrastructure.

30. Promotional Standards & Truthful Advertising

All promotional content (videos, posts, live streams, captions, banners) published by Creators must be truthful, honest, and in full compliance with advertising disclosure standards (such as clear identification of #ad, #sponsored, or #partner).

31. Prohibited Dating Service Misrepresentations

Creators must NOT under any circumstances:

• Promote Amoura as an escort service, hookup app, or venue for paid or transactional sex.
• Claim that installing the application will earn the user money, free cash, or passive income.
• Guarantee that downloading the app guarantees romantic dates, sexual encounters, or marriage.
• Utilize sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or hateful imagery in promotional media.
• Impersonate Amoura executive leadership, official customer care, or safety moderation staff.

32. Third-Party Platform Rules (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)

Creators are independently responsible for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and branded content policies of any third-party platform they utilize (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).

Amoura LTD assumes no responsibility or liability for video takedowns, shadowbans, strikes, or account terminations imposed by third-party social networks.

33. Google Play Store Policy Dependencies

Attribution mechanics rely on Google Play Store infrastructure and Android operating system APIs. Amoura is not liable for attribution gaps or delays caused by Google Play service outages, store policy modifications, or operating-system level privacy restrictions beyond our reasonable control.

34. Intellectual Property & Amoura Brand Usage

Amoura LTD grants Creators a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free limited licence to use official Amoura trademarks, logos, and promotional graphics solely for the purpose of promoting the application in accordance with these Terms.

Creators must not alter or distort brand assets, register confusingly similar domain names, or bid on "Amoura Dating" or related trademarks in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search networks without express written authorization.

35. Creator Content Ownership & Marketing Licence

Creators retain copyright ownership in the original promotional videos and creative assets they produce.

However, by participating in the Program, you grant Amoura LTD a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable licence to repost, feature, quote, or display your promotional content across our official websites, social channels, and marketing presentations.

36. End-User Privacy & Data Protection

Under UK GDPR, the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, and international privacy standards, Creators have no right of access to personal data, identity details, real names, chat messages, or dating activity of referred users.

The Creator Hub displays only aggregated, anonymized metrics (total clicks, verified installs, and conversion percentages).

37. Confidentiality of Partner Program Telemetry

All non-public commercial terms, payout conversion rates, fraud scoring models, and internal dashboard metrics disclosed to you are confidential. You agree not to disclose confidential metrics to competitors or publish internal telemetry without our written consent.

38. Commercial Commission Rates & Calculation

Commission accumulates dynamically in your Creator Hub dashboard based strictly on verified qualifying events. The calculation formula is:

Earned Balance = Qualified Installs × $0.05

Attributions flagged as pending, review, duplicate, or rejected produce zero commission.

39. Payment Eligibility & Account Standing

To be eligible for payout disbursement, your account must be in good standing, with an active profile, verified payout details, and zero pending safety or fraud flags.

40. Minimum Payout Threshold & Balance Accumulation

Payouts are subject to a mandatory Minimum Payout Threshold of $15.00.

Earned commissions remain in your available balance until the cumulative balance equals or exceeds $15.00. The Creator Hub dashboard provides real-time progress indicators showing your current distance from threshold eligibility.

41. Payout Disbursement Channels & Processing Timelines

Payouts are disbursed via authorized African mobile money carriers (e.g. MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa).

Standard disbursement processing takes between three (3) and five (5) business days following request submission and security approval. Standard carrier transaction fees or statutory telecommunication excise taxes may be deducted from the disbursement where required by local regulations.

42. Payout Verification Audits & Identity Holds

Prior to releasing any payout, our finance and risk teams may perform manual compliance audits. We reserve the right to request proof of government identity, verification of social channel ownership, or explanations of unusual traffic surges before releasing funds.

43. Incorrect Payment Credentials & Re-issuance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Mobile Money number entered in your profile is accurate and registered in your legal name. Amoura is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts as a result of Creator data entry errors.

44. Tax Liabilities & Self-Employment Duties

Creators operate as independent contractors. You are exclusively responsible for assessing, filing, and paying all national income taxes, local excise duties, value-added taxes, or self-employment contributions applicable to your earnings in your jurisdiction.

45. Clawbacks & Reversal of Fraudulent Balances

If a post-payout forensic audit reveals that previously paid installations were generated through device farms, emulators, bots, or terms violations, Amoura reserves the absolute legal right to reverse the earnings, offset the amount against future balances, or initiate formal debt collection proceedings.

46. Account Suspension & Investigative Quarantine

Amoura may immediately suspend a Creator account and freeze all pending balances for up to thirty (30) days if we detect:

• Statistical anomalies, including 0-second bounce rates or impossible conversion velocity.
• High concentrations of emulator or rooted device signatures.
• Consumer complaints regarding deceptive promotional videos.
• Dating profile violations or harassment reports on the main dating app.

47. Account Termination & Balance Forfeiture

Either party may terminate commercial participation with seven (7) days' written notice.

Termination for Cause: If your account is terminated by Amoura for fraud, botting, incentivised installs, or severe community violations, all accrued, pending, and available balances are permanently forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any valid qualified balance meeting the $15.00 threshold will be disbursed in normal course.

48. Absence of Employment & Independent Contractor Status

Nothing in these Terms or your participation in the Partner Network shall be construed to create an employment relationship, agency, joint venture, franchise, or formal partnership between you and Amoura LTD.

You have no authority to make commitments, negotiate contracts, or issue binding public statements on behalf of Amoura.

49. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Partner Network and tracking infrastructure are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall Amoura LTD, its officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your participation. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms is strictly limited to the total verified commissions actually paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

50. Governing Law, Amendments & Contact Information

These Creator Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and where applicable to local telecommunications and mobile money disbursements, the laws of Uganda.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Notice of material modifications will be given by posting the updated version on /creator-hub/terms with a revised version badge. Your continued use of your promotional link constitutes full acceptance.
